Rob Dornton-Duff
Managing Director
Rob Dornton-Duff has over 20 years’ experience in derivatives markets, with particular emphasis on the infrastructure, structured trade, export finance and real estate sectors. He has run hedging processes for more than £40bn of infrastructure debt issuance, including some of the largest trades executed in specific markets. Prior to establishing Riskbridge in 2017, Rob was a Managing Director at Chatham Financial where he established and led Chatham’s Global Infrastructure and Project Finance Advisory Team. He was previously a Director leading derivatives coverage of the Infrastructure, PFI/PPP and Structured Trade and Export Finance sectors at Barclays Capital. Rob regularly speaks and publishes on infrastructure derivatives topics. He has an MBA from Manchester Business School, and a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College.
Paul Herd
Managing Director
Paul has extensive hedging and risk management experience spanning over 20 years. Prior to joining Riskbridge, Paul led Société Générale's global private equity and structured finance derivatives coverage, and has advised, structured and executed rates and FX transactions across the infrastructure, energy and energy transition, digital infrastructure, real estate and LBO sectors. He was previously a Director at Barclays Capital covering the UK regulated utilities, energy and real estate sectors and secured financing transactions. Paul has significant experience across infrastructure including windfarms, OFTOs, interconnectors, airports, ports, UK water, battery storage, smart meters and digital infrastructure. Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Management Institute, and holds a BSc in Economics from Cardiff University.
